I am truely dedicated to Laurel Audi of Westmont! Back in 2005 I purchased my first Audi, it was at Laurel Audi in Tinley Park. I live in the northwest suburbs so Tinley is a bit of a hike for me. I needed some routine maintenance work on my A4 and Tinley Park told me that i can bring my Audi to their sister dealership in Westmont, which saved me a 30min drive. I could not be more pleased with the service & care that I received at Westmont Audi, I haven't left them since. Over a spand of 10yrs, I built a trustful relationship with Blake Farmer in their service department. It had finally come time for a new A4. I am a woman on an imported beer budget :) but have expensive champaign taste so when I say a new A4, I mean a certified pre-owned Audi. I looked around at numerous Audi dealers but never felt the warmth & honesty that I had in Westmont. So, I called Blake and he of course recommended anyone in their sales department. He said they were all great, but I wanted 1 name so Blake referred me to Mike Morgan. I believe the story was that Mike sold Blake's uncle a vehicle and honestly any name he would have thrown at me, I would trust. The experience I had and will continue to have with Mr. Mike Morgan is by far the best experience I have ever encountered with any car salesman. Of course I understand that salesmen need to make their commission & basically they are just doing their jobs but I never felt that way with Mike. I truely believe that his goal was to make the customer happy. I am a perfectionist and I do not except the minimum, I want the best that I can get. I had gone on line and saw they had a white A4, thats what I was looking for! So I called Mike, set up an appt. to have my husband test drive the vehicle ( I didn't need to, I know exactly how great they handle & how quick they are, even going from my old 6cyl to the newer 4cyl Turbo, Awesome!) . My husband loved the car but I did not love the beige something interior & it was a premium pkg that was missing my blue cheese stuffed olives & cocktail onions! My husband probably would have purchased that car but I was not sold on it, I believe Mike could sense that. So we said we would think about it & get back to him. Well, Mike called me the next day to see how I felt about the A4 and we spoke for at least an hour because I could not make a decission and he needed to find out exactly what would make happy. The next day Mike called me and said he has a Blk A4 premium plus coming in, that he thinks I will love. Since either it was not there yet or not ready to show, I couldn't even look at it & little does he know he basically sold it to me over the phone. He answered all my questions, was extreamly patient, gave me so much information, Helped me compare the white one we test drove to the blk one I had not even seen, expained new car warrenty, CPO warrenty, extended warrenty, so much information I was going in circles. It was almost like I was looking for him to make the decission for me, I was that confused, the 2 cars balanced each other out as far as miles, color, interior, wheels, features, price,it was nuts. He was so honest & nice through it all, I ran out of questions and built this complete trust in him. When the Blk A4 arrived, I took it for a little spin and next thing I know, papers were being signed & yes Mike found me my perfect car! Also, I was extreamly happy that I would be able to continue the trust and honesty in their service department with Blake. The next morning in my garage, I started to nit pick my beautiful black panther . It's used, it's not going to be perfect but I want it to be. There were a couple minor scratches on the body & hood, no big deal, the rest of the car was perfect and I have the CPO warrenty, what else could I want. Anyone one else would probably be ok with it, especially since Audi of Westmont did not owe me anything. That form you sign when you sign your contract, that one that states wether or not the dealership owes you anything or vice versa. Well, I called Mike told him I realize they are not responsible for it, I signed the form stating that they would not "owe" me for anything & I didn't expect anything to come out of it BUT.......it was an eye sore for me. So once again, Mike exceeded my expectations. He spoke with his manager and all they wanted was to keep me happy and in love with my Audi. I brought it in and they took care of everything I asked for, even though they did not have to. Years ago I made the commitment to drive an Audi for the rest of my life, I am that passionate about the car and now I can also say that I make that same commitment to Laurel Audi of Westmont. Since the renovation, the dealership is gorgeous, the service is exceptional and thats another long review to write, the salesmen are the best, Mike Morgan is the best and I will always recommend him to everyone, I could not ask for a more perfect experience. Even have to say kuddos to Lucy that went over my contract with me, very nice and thorough. Laurel Audi of Westmont 100% Class, Honesty & Commitment to their customers, the best!
