This was one of the worst experiences of my life. We identified a car that we liked and and worked on a deal for our trade. They lowballed us so we traded it in to CarMax for over 5k more. We requested the carfax and the vehicle inspection form. The salesman said there wasn't one but they do a 120 point check. He then changed his story 10 minutes later that it was a 60 or 90 point check after speaking with his manager. 10 more minutes they magically found the inspection report that they said never existed and the car was in perfect health. Within 24 hours the timing chain magically started making a loud rattling and the transmission was shifting extremely rough. Their OWN technician said the car was totaled and we shouldn't keep it. After taking it back in, rather than try to fix our problem and find us a new car they wanted to defend their honor by saying they knew nothing about it and they refused to move past that. They refused to help us find another car as they no longer returned our calls, texts or emails and the one time they did they one car that didn't fit anything we were looking for. It has been over a week and they still have yet to refund any of our money and their communication on this front is extremely slow.

We weren't told that the Audi company, because of chip shortage, are sending cars to dealerships without some standard equipment. The Premium Plus Model Q5 was sold without: side assist, adaptive cruse control. rear cross traffic, power adjustable steering column. You are credited for the missing standard equipment. BUT,If we had known we wouldn't have bought the car. These items were important to us. The customers must to be told what is missing on cars they are selling.

Car buying can be an obnoxious experience plagued by dishonest salespeople. I initially went to a Toyota dealership and was met with a pushy and scummy used-car saleswoman who attempted to push me into a lease I didn't want. Yet, at Audi Westmont everyone was exceptionally honest and provided clear and straightforward answers to any questions. Ed Riedmaier was my salesman and he was fantastic. This man clearly knows Audi vehicles VERY well and he also has a brilliant understanding of how to make a customer feel comfortable. If possible, I'd give the man a raise. From the moment we arrived we were treated exceptionally kindly, and we felt very welcome. When examining the car, I remarked how surprised I was regarding the condition of the car. Instead of trying to play it up and sell the car, Ed made sure to point out any mild damage. Additionally, at absolutely no point did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. After working with Ed, we eventually met with the finance guy. I believe his name was Joe. He was quite new to the position at Audi, but he clearly knew his job well. He was very friendly and joked with us while also doing a great job explaining the paper work and our options. Again, at no point did I feel pushed into something I didn't want. When discussing the warranty options, he simply explained them, then allowed us to discuss. Only after making our decision did he make a comment. I am beyond impressed and I will certainly go out of my way to make sure I do business with them again! It turns out when you have good products and honest salespeople you don't need to resort to underhanded tactics. Additionally to anyone else who was looking at the 2015 S5 in Sepang Blue. Sorry! I took it. Just know it went to a loving home and I love my dream car!

This was our second pre-owned Audi A4 that we purchased for my wife from Westmont Audi. We are an hour and a half north of the dealership, but it is worth finding a car that is like brand new. Each car had been taken care of very well and had records of every scheduled service. Last week, we happened to be somewhat in the area when we decided to check out an A4 that was fully loaded and in the color my wife wanted to try this time. I called at 7:00pm and William C answered. I said I could be there in 30 minutes. He had the car ready for us to take it for a test drive. My wife loved it and we bought it before they closed at 8pm. Well, we did go past closing time, to get the paperwork together, but had a good time chatting with William. When we picked up the car, William went through all of the features and settings with my wife, so we didn't have to worry about doing it ourselves. You can't ask for a more pleasant experience. Purchased 2019 Audi Q7 - car is great. As advertised and happy with the vehicle so far. Sales person (Art) was generally good but a tad on the high pressure side. Biggest issue was with financing. I had pre approval for loan through my credit union. Was told by Art that I must use their financing if I wanted the car and that there was ?a lot of interest? in the vehicle so I should buy that day. My mistake was agreeing to this. Shane in finance department rushed through the process. Didn?t provide ANY paperwork on the lender that was securing my loan and was absolutely non responsive when I called for this information. At one point it felt a bit like I was being scammed. Had to call back 4 times, threaten to drive back and reverse the sale, and demand a manager before finally being provided the lender information. Later found out that my credit union offered me a FULL INTEREST point lower. I am doing an immediate refinance but this has been a long annoying process. Also, still have no idea if my plates have been transferred and it?s been a month. Be ready to walk away if they pressure you on financing

Have a 2005 Audi 8 where the check engine light was on. Being the car is 17 years old I was not interested in spending a lot of money on this problem. Peter and the mechanic working on this project understood my situation and did everything they could to handle it . Some time was spent on the problem but know that in the end the problem with the check engine light was solved at a reasonable cost. I was able to schedule an appointment for the service I needed relating to a recall in relatively short time. This is in direct opposition to another Audi dealership in the area who had me waiting for more than 6 months--telling me they'd call me when the part was in (to this day, I've not yet received that call). The Westmont service technician clearly explained to me what was being done to my vehicle & the amount of time it would take. Also, the Lyft rides the dealer provided to / from my home (30 minutes each way) the date of service were exceptional & very appreciated. The one issue I was dissappointed in was that the interior of my car was not as pristine as I'd expected following the work's completion. There were (still are) many small filaments from the work that was done that are all over my dashboard, console, seats, gear shift--essentially everywhere. They are very difficult to clean-up.

Buying cars in this day and age (chip shortage) has been a very difficult process. Dealers put premiums above MSRP, they don't have cars available, and you're not really getting much of a deal. I just purchased my Audi at Audi Westmont and it was like the stars aligned. I looked for my new 2022 e-tron for what felt like an eternity. I reached out via phone and spoke with William, who is extremely knowledgeable. He worked on helping us find the exact car we wanted. I originally went away thinking it wasn't going to work but William and the team at Westmont kept working and eventually got a new car in stock and it was exactly what we wanted. On top of that, there was no premium above MSRP. William knew every single detail about the car and had a detailed answer for every question. He was extremely patient and made sure we were satisfied on all levels. The actual purchase experience was seamless and simple. I HIGHLY recommend visiting the folks at Audi Westmont if you're in the market. The service is second to none!

1st off I will not be visiting another audi dealership ever again! I regret buying an audi to be honest! These guys are already expensive as hell and still lie about services that you may need just to make some extra money! I was told that I needed a new battery, come to find out nothing was wrong with mine because it was just replaced 3 months ago! 446$ for a car battery that I never needed! Luckily i new they were lying so i never let them change my battery! Upon inspecting the vehicle when I finally picked it up, I noticed my coil harness under the hood was cracked & the wires were just hanging! My overall experience with audi was horrible & I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to these guys!

I was lied to on the phone about my car being hiked and then told they would “figure it out and call back”. What a surprise never got a call. Have to bring my car to a dealership that actually cares about customers. I guess they decide which cars are worth bringing in. If your not driving a premium car you have to wait at the service area for your car to be done but if your car is on the newer end it can be hiked and given a loaner. Maybe if I was driving a 2022 I could get some better service? Would not recommend to anyone that has a car before 2020 they will treat you like you don’t even have an Audi! PS. Don’t waste your time leaving a voicemail they won’t call you back UNLESS your car is new!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Many kudos to Devon (Service Advisor) for being transparent and thorough with guiding us thru the service, repairs and follow-ups. Our repairs consisted of the A/C needing attention, which required removing the windshield to get to the components. Unfortunately, the windshield had a chip in it that presented a risk of completely shattering during removal/re-install. They made us aware that a new windshield will cost upwards of $2,000 to replace in case it shattered completely. Of course, we were not in agreement of this and requested that they try their best to be careful and keep the windshield intact. Now, a typical dealership might take advantage of a situation like this and claim that the windshield shattered just to make extra service dollars. Not the case at all with this dealership. Not only did they complete the repairs under warranty, they were able to keep the windshield intact. Total Cost of Repairs: $3,500+ Total Cost to Us: $0 Total Respect & Trust Gained: Invaluable. My perspective on dealerships has changed because of this experience. Many thanks to Devon and the entire team for such a great experience.

In January of the year I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and inspire off all the bad new my partner wanted to make me feel special and bought me the truck I always wanted a Range Rover Evoque to lift my spirits, and it did! We bought the car out right for cash. Only a few short months after the purchase in may I went to my car last week and it wouldn't shift in gear I had it towed to Land Rover down the street. After several days of diagnosis they said it needed a transmission and that Audi had the car repaired there right before I bought it for electrical issues and engine issues which was not disclosed to us when we purchased the vehicle we went have not dropped down 25k for a vehicle with engine problems. After days of blowing me off over the phone I decided to come in person. I first spoke with Tonya the service director who asked about the car and went in to talk with the GM By the name of John. Once she came out she said we gotta get you out that truck of as they were gonna take it back and say me at the desk with Sebi and both of of were clueless as to what was supposed to be happening. He then started to show me vehicles and ask me what was my budget as if I was there to buy another vehicle like I had just paid all of that money for a vehicle from them with a bad transmission. While the dealership looked clean and professional the staff manning the service counter, at least the gentleman helping me seemed disinterested. He took down the information I gave him and told me they were swami\ped and wlopuldnt be able to even look at it for 2 days. Although I was able to read a good portion of the book I brought with me, An oil change should not take 2 hours. Besides recommending the usual cooling system flush and brake fluid replacement, they also recommended that I replace torn upper control arm bushings for over $1300.00 without showing me the damaged parts. I have no problem with the additional work, if it is really warranted, but I have to actually be convinced that it is needed. The service representative was polite and informative and the amenities are first class, but I have some reservations of whether some recommended work is needed without proof since I have had bad experiences in the past from other service repair establishments.

Since I bought my 2014 audi A8, in 2015 I have brought the car for all of my services to Audi of Westmont. I called with an issue today and spoke to a nice lady, she politely informed me that they no longer offer loaner services, due to all of their fleet being sold out. Believe me I fully understand the times we are in, I myself am a business owner, but Audi of Westomont want to pride themselves with "luxury" service. I also own a BMW and when I service with them, just down the road from Audi of Westmont, they have always offered a loner. I guess there is a difference from "luxury" to luxury and it is just 500 feet away!

We have been buying cars from Westmont Audi for several years. We just took delivery of a new Audi Q5 plug in and it is fabulous. Our salesman, Ed Riedmaier, took plenty of time to explain the controls to my wife. Due to Covid and the worldwide chip shortage, it took awhile to get the car built. The dealership did everything possible to expedite it through Audi’s ordering system. We will be getting the car serviced at Westmont Audi. They have always done a great job.

Came in for a service, service was done as per the book. So good on that. I also had 3 issues that needed addressed by Audi TSBs, even came in with the TSB documents to make the technician's life easier. He unfortunately couldn't rectify the issues and tried to convince me that everything was in spec from the factory. 2 weeks later, took the car to Audi Naperville, they got it all done as per the documents and even gave me a loaner for a day.

The Audi Specialist I dealt with was Irwin Alvarez. He dealt professionally and honestly with every question asked during my car buying process. I bought a 2022 Q5 Sportback. Irwin would explain things multiple times if I did not fully understand something. He’s easy to reach by phone, text and email and is flexible and accomodating to your schedule. He follows up with information on time and he is not pushy at all. A quality that makes me feel comfortable as a customer. Pushy salesmen immediately lead me to the door to look elsewhere for a purchase because no one is going to convince me to purchase something that I clearly do not want to purchase! Great buying experience! However, recently I brought my car in recently for a 10k mile service and to correct an incorrect speedometer readout, and was told everything was fine with the speedometer programming, but I still see that it gets as high as 3-4 mph off actual speed compared with GPS.

He takes the time and explains what services are needed for the current miles and also what additional needs the mechanic discovers. Service advisor was a great person, Dislikes with shop they replace the steering column module lock and when I pick up my Q5 and next day I notice engine noise was coming thru the cabin, the steering plastic booth was not installed correctly and also they made a oil change and they didn’t reset my MMI display showing there was 200 Miles till my next oil change. Had to drive 30 miles from home to dealer so they can fix issues. Also I got a loaner car 3 days after the tow truck drop my car, they had my car for 11 days. At the end I got a email that they charge me $10 for fuel on loaner car when they made me take my car back because mechanic forgot to install steering column booth and to reset MMI display for the oil change they did.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER & AUTO SERVICE - AUDI WESTMONT. 3/11/22 - Brought my 2018 Audi S5 in for routine and recall service. My service consultant, Eric Yeung always meets me with a smile. Eric is ensured my recall part was ordered prior to my service appt so everything went smoothly. Eric has years of experience with auto dealerships and completely understands my car's specs and performance. Eric also owns an Audi so his insight as a Audi daily driver is a bonus. SERVICE TECH - My service tech sent a video during the inspection and let me know status of my car in real time. LOANER - Because loaners are so scarce these days, Eric arranged a LYFT shuttle to my job and back once my car was completed. DISCOUNTS - During my visit, Eric advised that I needed new rear brakes and discs and although it was an unexpected expense, he found a coupon and applied it to my service which I definitely appreciated. He went above and beyond, exceeding my expectations. GOING THE EXTRA MILE - I live 5.5 miles from another Audi Dealership but intentionally drove 18 miles to Audi Westmont. The reason can be explained in 3 words: "Excellent Customer Service". When you own a luxury car like Audi, you should always feels like it is worth it when you pull into the service or sales center. These guys will misdiagnose your issue, then make you pay for it. My cars ACC wasn’t working, they said it was because my windshield was replaced so they recommend I replace the windshield again before calibrating the ACC. I took it to a different Audi dealership, they said it had nothing to do with the windshield and they calibrated it and it’s working. Westmont won’t give me a refund for their bad recommendation.

The salesmen(two) were very courteous and professional. The same could be said of the finance manager. I had been pre approved for auto financing by my credit union and capital. When i arrived at Audi West mont dealer i told the salesman i had been pre-approved and showed him the letter. the salesman showed the letter to his manager. The manager stated they would not accept the credit union financing because they was not one of their approved lender and they would have to run my credit report for other financing. I didn't want them to run credits reports because it effects your credit score. i agreed to run my credit report to not more than 1 lender they ran multiple lenders. I then spoke to the financing person and was told i could receive financing from the credit with was done and i purchased the vehicle the sales staff needs training in this area. Secondly, a few days later i returned the vehicle because the interior button for the power lift gate was not working all the time. After servicing i have the same issue i also noticed water on my passenger floor i towel dried the floor and the water returned i returned to to the service department and for the water issue and was told both sunroof front drain hoses need to be replaced and my Autonation limited warranty 90 days /4000 mile warranty would would not cover the repairs i would have to pay out of pocket. The water hose issue was a problem before i purchase the vehicle.The dealer stated they had conducted a 125 point auto inspection of car before my purchase including the passenger glove box no way they could not have seen the water they ignored the problem. Other then those issues the the sales and service person were good.

I found the dealer to be ready to service me when I arrived and we’re prompt In looking over my vehicle and providing me a video review of my car and what was needed. I came in for a tail light issue that they found the cause but also found that I had a broken rear spring that I knew nothing about. This could have been a safety problem had in not been found. While I was not anticipating have to pay more for a repair it was one that was definitely needing to be done. Eric my service writer was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service! Peter was our specialist and our entire interaction felt like the concierge at a nice hotel. The perfect amount of small talk, joking around and business. Even though the chip shortage has made the dealership strapped for cars, meaning no more loaners for the time being, the partnership with Lyft presented the opportunity for me to relax at a local seafood restaurant my wife and I had been meaning to get to for years. The dealership transported us there and back at no extra charge to us. The only thing that keeps the review from being perfect is the up sale of services. Since the Autonation takeover I never know what additional things are truly preventative or just maximize profit per customer. It’s always so many things they recommended to fix on your car and it’s like, “is my ride about to blow up? Am I driving a ticking time bomb? How long do I got doc?” I just think that part is a little extreme. But overall, good job Westmont and great job Peter!

Overall, my experience owning an Audi has been terrible. My car has 30,000 miles on it and I've spent over $15K in repairs in the last year (not including regular maintenance). A car with that few miles shouldn't need a new transmission among other things. That being said, Audi Westmont has been wonderful to us (we switched to them after a bad experience at Naperville Audi). Michael's customer service skills and regular communication made the process of excessive repairs much more tolerable. We appreciate that.

Eric handled my drop off and Kara dealt with the rest. I appreciate the text/email notifications and love the videos that the technicians send. I took car in for the 30,0000 maintenance. It had 10, 925 miles. Of course, many uncovered procedures were recommended. I mentioned the low mileage and that I just wanted the covered maintenance. The cost would be $1500.00 plus When the work was near completion, the service rep called me and told me that the tech was recommending additional maintenance. Once again I noted the low usage. This happens every time, and I realize that more profits are made on after sales but, really, once is enough to discuss this!

I took in my recently purchased Audi A6 to get the seat warmer checked and was told that the part had to be ordered and would get a call back to reschedule an appt. Days later, I got a text (not a call) saying it would not be covered. I didn’t expect that type of customer service from Westmont Audi. Before purchasing the car, I was told by the salesperson that the Audi did come with a 90 days warranty. My experiences at Westmond Audi haven't been great. I have been there twice so far, and they never have “any loaners available.”

Very pleasant experience but keep in mind that I was only there for my first oil change. Pretty simple in the whole scope of things as far as service goes. Westmont Audi would?ve gotten a 5 star review but my initial contact with one of the advisors was a little cold, he was very pompous. The advisor that did help me was polite and professional Mr. Eric Yueng, I hope that the spelling is correct. Westmont Audi was able to Accommodate me pretty much immediately. When I attempted to go to the dealership in Orland eye only got voicemail they have yet to return my call so they?re off the map forever. Very happy with the service that I received and it?s worth another try, until then this dealership has earned my business I highly recommend and I will return.

Needed snow tires put on car. Made an appointment. They insisted they would need at least two hours. Then during the visit they asked for three hours. It’s a 30 min job at worst. 5 min job when my brother (certified mechanic) does it with his air tools. Obscene amount of time. Maybe if I walked in off the street and had to work me in but totally unacceptable with an appointment required. Will not return.

This was one of those times that I thought it was time to reply my vehicle. The air suspension system was malfunctioning and the thought of the cost replacing airbags was daunting to say the very least! But as usual, Matt noticed that the vehicle was still holding air and personally directed the technicians towards an electrical resolution to the problem. Fortunately it was a leveling sensor and the vehicle is Up and running like normal. On the website, the process for holding a car involves making an appointment to test drive it. Which I did. Cue the very next day. I call in to inform them I would be flying in a day early from hundreds of miles away, letting them know I got a hotel room in case it takes more than a day to square the deal away. Nonchalantly, they tell me they sold the car. After they 'try' to console me with cars they could entice me with, I agree to one of them. When I tell them that car (priced at $14,800) is missing some key features the other one had but I will take it at the same price (13,983) I was going to take the car they sold, they write back to inform me not only am I wrong about the appointment process (I'm not; go look at their website yourself to see), but they won't budge one dollar from the price. So, I'm out an airline ticket, the cost of a hotel room, and the car I was promised would be there when I arrived and their strategy is to make me feel like an xxxxxxx. Do not shop here unless you like being made to feel like a jerk.

However, I am completely embarassed by Audis Chicago Office itself. The exchange is horrible. They do not value customers nor are interested in striking good deals. And frankly should be ashamed of themselves. Audi was not willing to consider me in financing options, they sought to only ensure their own interest - not very good for someone in customer service/sales. I made a huge purchase and was looking to a great perpetual relationship with Audi as a first time buyer. Now... I'm not so sure. Audi itself needs to do better. But I greatly enjoyed Audi Westmont. A great team of people!

On the other hand, Audi USA was extremely disappointing in the fact that they required my using my 40k service even though my car had only 30k miles on it. I discussed this with them and they said "too bad" as it fell into the period of time aspect as it had been a year since the last service. It's hard to put miles on your car when you're now working from home due to Covid. I definitely did NOT get my money's worth out of the pre-paid Audi Care program.

Audi Westmont scammed me on a 2015 Mercedes Benz E350 4matic Sport . This was my dream car and it has turned out to be nothing but a nightmare. I can not afford a new E class so I bought a used one from Audi Westmont which is right next door to Mercedes and owned by the same person . This was supposed to be a two owner , no accident CarFax vehicle . I've had the car in my possession for eight days and it has so much damage to the body it's looks horrible in the daytime . Even the wheels have been fixed and I wasn't told until the general manager Mark Oliver slipped up and mentioned it while we were talking on the phone . I had them looked at and I have been told that even the work done to the wheels was very bad they were not fixed in a proffesional way . The driver seat was repaired that I wasn't told . Black upolstery and it was stitched in the bottom driver cushion with white thread I can't believe I have been scammed on a car that was supposed to be a 2 owner no accident vehicle. The Auto Nation inspection and Carfax paperwork I received after purchased for the was to a Jeep Cherokee. I had to ask to receive the correct paperwork . And the general manager Mark Oliver didn't send the Carfax . Another manager sent it about four days later. They even wrote down my address wrong . I received a letter from the mail about my credit report and it's wrong address. I mentioned it to one of the managers and she didn't even say it would be corrected or it has been . I haven't even made a first car payment and the bill will go to the neighbor . I don't even want to call this store back to correct it , i shouldn't have to it was their mistake. . I feel sick to my stomach . This has ruined me . I put all the money i saved for the down payment , and now I don't even want to drive the car. And I've only had it for eight days. This is the worst experience I have ever had . I am a 49 year old man that was looking to buy my first luxury German car. If you open the hood you can see the right fender with a Taiwan stamp on it. The left rear of the car had been worked on so bad that you can see the bondo and over spray. This was supposed to be a no accident vehicle and I believe every part of the car has been worked on or there is some type of damage. Even the hood has damage like something flew up at a high rate of speed and gouged and dented it. The manager has pretty much told me I should have seen it all and has not offered anything to me except that I'm on my own now and I should've bought a new car then . If I could give it back and get a full refund I would . Also , the last time I talked to a person there it was Amy Avila another manager returning my call last Thursday . I finally got her to email the Carfax after asking the general manager last Saturday and he didn't send it . During the conversation she pushed the same thing that they are not responsible and that is what I get for buying a used car. She advised me to try to sell the car outright to try to get all my money back . But she said not to mention all the damage and everything wrong with the car ' . So basically I would have to scam the buyer , just like Audi scammed me . That is very bad business. The picture added is the right front fender . The car has been inspected by a proffesional inspector , and that was the first thing of many replaced or damaged body parts pointed out to me . This is all on a supposed two owner accident free Carfax vehicle .. They suggested my next step is to get an attorney . This has been my worst nightmare and my worst car buying experience in my lifetime.

Towed in our under warranty 2011 q7 tdi for a no start issue. After diagnosing it they told us it was because we put biodiesel in it and it froze. We pump gas only at Meijers gas station and they only have petroleum based diesel. They quoted us $680 to empty out the tank and another $670 to replace couple small hoses and clamps for fuel filter which were easily accessible. They claimed the car started and ran fine after it was put in shop and warmed up. I was also getting an intermittent check engine light which they failed to diagnose. I suspect there is something more serious going on with the car and will end up taking to different dealer before warranty expires. All in all the customer service was decent and we got our car beautifully cleaned after spending $350 on tow and so called diagnosis.

Sebi, my sales rep, ruined a lot of it for me. He was so clearly into making a sale but didn't know the details. I emailed John, the GM, some feedback to detail my experience and when he called me, rather than acknowledging my feedback that it took time to write he started in on trying to close the sale. Kind of weak leadership but in the end, John gave a good deal. Sebi did all the used salesman tricks and I finally had to call him out. He mislead me on how much time it would take to do paperwork in a bad way. And he got caught when a manger, Amy (who was really great) came out to discuss. Some other details on Sebi: When I came in initially there were four sales people gathered around a desk, I later found out he was getting 'certified' and needed to pass a test so they were all helping. Seems counter initiative to him learning the detailed required by Audi. He told me the 2020 and 2021 Q5 had only one or two changes YOY, mostly the interface for the screen/radio. He told me the HP was the same YOY, I corrected him by telling him the HP increased to 261 from 248 prior year. After one or two other things that I corrected him on I finally said to him, "It's not cool that I am the one telling you the differences in the model year over year (YOY). No apology, just tried to justify his answers. I was shopping for an SUV.. at one point on the test drive he started telling me how he only drives cars and does not like SUV's. Weird that a sales rep would bash an SUV to a buyer who arrived, only interested in an SUV lol. At the end of the day I am happy with the vehicle, I wound up buying from them in spite of the poor sales rep.

I flew into town and purchased my vehicle. My sales person Irwin was amazing during the process, which is why I gave 5 stars in the review. He had great communication with me leading up to the purchase and made the process seamless and made me very comfortable every step of the way. While we were there, I had a question about how the taxes were calculated (since it was an out of state sale) and he engaged the new car manager, Joe to help answer the question. Joe was RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and DISMISSIVE. The sad part is, when I complained to a few of the other staff members, no one was surprised and a few people said, that's how he is and they have received other complaints about him, which means to me, no one in leadership is addressing the issue. I gave the facilities a 3 star because, although it is beautiful, there were no shields between the customer and the salesperson a the desk and I even saw one salesman talking to a customer and the customer did not have on a mask and they were not socially distant. They didn't seem to take COVID seriously enough.

I recently bought a new car from Audi Westmont, and as far as the sales experience is concerned, I was more than pleased with how smooth and painless the process went. I am NOT a fan of the car-buying process, but Irwin and Amy went out of their way to make me comfortable, especially as we are still in a pandemic. And, "Ace", the F&I guy, was very cool, efficient, and knowledgeable. They were all quite transparent the entire time -- no hidden anything, details were out in the open, and they made sure to answer every question I had. Also, they gave me ample time to make my decision once the offer was out on the table. (FYI, I had visited at least 2 other Audi dealers in the Greater Chicago area, and spoke to another on the phone, and none made me as comfortable or confident as Audi Westmont). If you're considering purchasing, I can't more highly recommend Audi Westmont -- FWIW, I used the CostCo Auto Program, and they didn't flinch on the CostCo pricing or details, they knew EXACTLY what to do and provide, and fulfilled everything they promised.

This past summer I stopped in to the Audi Westmont dealership and spoke to Juan Andino. I gave him very specific requests about the type, color, specifications of a Q3 that I had in mind for myself. I knew what I wanted in this beautiful car. Following that meeting, I was not deluged with calls, promotions, nor emails. About a month later or so I received an email from Juan with three cars that were a match for me. I made an appointment. I was able to test drive the car and conduct our conversations outside which was my preference during Covid times. The car had been sanitized for me to test drive. I made a follow up appointment to purchase the vehicle. It all went so smoothly from start to finish. It was just a pleasure. Juan is such a professional. He has been in the business for many years. I can?t say enough praise about him. He was organized, timely, personable and knowledgeable. The finance department was great. The car was missing the cross bars and the owners manual. They basically told me" tough luck" and refused to get me the roof rack that was advertised with the vehicle. They also tried to force me into a higher rate then what I was approved. I had to fight with them for hours to get the rate corrected. All they wanted to do is rip me off!!!! Once they get your money they will not return your calls! Run from this dealership! See the picture below where it clearly states cross bars included. I even found the cross bar manual and wrench in the glove box. But they still refused to give me the advertised cross bars.

10 weeks after purchasing a used A7 and 6 weeks after my paper plate expired I still do not have the title/registration/plate. They simply do not care and reply with wait another 10 days. All they do is blow you off after the sale. They talk down to you and have an unwarranted arrogance.

Peter in the service department went above and beyond to oversee a tire change for all four tires of my 2018 Audi Q7. One of the tires had a nail in it, and he coordinated with the company that I have tire insurance through, and filed the claim that was needed to cover the replacement. He then went onto beat the price of a different Audi dealership in Chicagoland for the other 3 tires. He was professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend getting your Audi serviced here if you live in Illinois. It's worth the drive!

I?m sure it?s a loose connection since this has happened to me on previous times. Now I have to find time to go back and have that repaired. Is the dealership trying to generate more business, are the Audi?s made like this or is it the mechanics that are working there?

Even though the service was minor, wellness check, it was completed quickly & efficiently. The dealership practiced social distancing, employees wore face masks. The waiting area was comfortable in light of all the virus prevention. I would highly recommend Audi of Westmont.

I got the wild hair to try and flip my 2017 Porsche Boxster for an SQ5 or Macan. My local Cincinnati dealer, while knowledgable and with a good selection is a bit snobbish, to say the least. I reached out to Audi of Westmont - I have family in the Chicago area - to try and reach a deal. They came to the plate aggressively to reach a deal and did so! Great folks to deal with, my salesperson Lawrence Taylor, was on the spot with communications. Timely, concise, detailed - just great. The Finance Manager, Scott Kropf, was friendly, super easy to deal with, knowledgeable and continued to look for the best finance rate while I was doing the paperwork. Just a great buying experience.

I was not happy with my service rep. He did not attempt to call me in reference to my vehicle when attempting to sale me on recommend services. I advised that I would be around waiting for my vehicle and that I had a pending appointment to attend I had to find someone to locate my paperwork and service rep when I saw my vehicle sitting outside the service bay. The service rep had no thought to call me to locate me as I was in the new car showroom waiting patiently missing my next appointment.

Very pleased with the service. The pick up and delivery of my car was appreciated. With COVID I did not have to sit and wait. Everything was done as agreed to. Communication was excellent. My only disappointment was that the car was not washed or vacuumed. I have come to expect that from AUDI. Since it wasn’t done I will need to find a car wash and pay extra to have the car detailed.

Having my car serviced at Audi Westmont has been an absolute nightmare. They have not listened to us when we described the problem, they have replaced unnecessary parts, they have made the problem worse. My car has been in several times this summer for weeks at a time with little to no communication. Being an Audi owner since 2003 I am appalled. The only reason I brought my car to Westmont this time was that they had an available appointment one day earlier that other dealerships and I was leaving for a road trip. I ended up having to delay anyway because of their poor service. My husband and I both left messages last week stating that the problem has still not been fixed. We have not received a call back.

I had a satisfying experience with the Sales person and the Finance Manager. After 500 miles our Q5 was back in the shop as the AC failed, (evaportator) clearly a manufacturing problem. Service dept. had the car 9 days for repair. Have tried settin up online payments with Audi Finance and cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Also tried online set up and it is not working and refuses to accept my info which had been previously set up in Myaudi as well as Audifinancial. Not a very satisfying experience so far especially since I have owned Lexus in the past and had great service all along.

If I could put zero stars I would choose that. I wish I would’ve looked at Yelp first because I can see that this dealership has gotten a ton of bad reviews. My experience started with getting a quote to sell my used car at AutoNation. The offer came in at a reasonable price and I was told to go to Audi of Westmont to pick up a check and drop off the car. I know sometimes getting a quote over the Internet can be problematic so I called the salesman to verify that the offer was valid and to go over each and every defect in the car, including the cracked windshield and moonroof. I spoke with him several times before bringing the car in because I wanted to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting a bunch of time since this location is a long drive from my house. After spending an hour at the dealership they came back and gave me a quote $3500 lower than the original offer. The manager came over and stated that they didn’t understand how difficult it was going to be to replace the glass in the moonroof because they weren’t experienced with that type of work. When I explained I had a quote from Carmax for $2000 more than he was offering me he told me that Carmax were experts and his dealership, Audi of Westmont, were not. All in all, I wasted almost 4 hours on a bait and switch. Please avoid this dealership at all costs!

I took my 2007 Audi Q7 to be diagnosed for an issue of my back lights not operating. I informed and placed on my schedule service appointment that my back taillights were not on. I took the vehicle in on 07/02/2020 and mentioned also that my radio was not working possibly the two were the same issue. I get a call from the service advisor (Anddy or Andrew) and asking me about the amp in which I informed I had unplugged do to trying to diagnose myself. He asked had my car got some work done and it had some body work. Me not fully comprehending I'm thinking he is referring to the back lights. He informed me as always numerous of codes other issues and the tech told him in order for him to diagnose the vehicle it would cost me $699 give or take. Stating the tech did not get to the real reason I brought the vehicle in. That was never done. I received information about the amp and module for the MMI which I was quoted 3500 for at this point I’m not sure but was not for the diagnosis of the back lights. After being charged I'm reading over the paper work and my back lights were never looked at. It clearly stated back light would need to be diagnosed but I declined to pay the extra 600 plus dollars and then, the radio was not diagnosed stating it was suggested to replace the amp and module. So what was done exactly for the hour labor if all was puller were the codes? I paid 194.95 for suggestions AND they didn't even look at what I brought the vehicle in for. I took it to an independent German engineer mechanic who I saw take the light off and expect the bulbs and wiring. It was later in the day but in 30 minutes told me no connection was getting to the lights. This was not told to me by the Audi dealership. You try to bring your car to the dealership as if you are getting the best advice and services. No matter who old the vehicle is, it should still be treating as the same respect as the newer models considering the service advisor repeated to say there were so many codes. I requested a copy of the codes and I was told they had to be mailed to me. I would have rather them to be honest as to turning the vehicle away than to take advantage of the labor cost when all was done was a hook up to a machine. Can I get my Money back please !

In January of 2020, I custom ordered a 2020 Audi SQ5. The ordering process was quite simple and I received the vehicle in April and was quite pleased with the process up to that point. When I signed the agreement to purchase the vehicle, I told the sales manager I'd purchase the vehicle if he'd agree to have the windows tinted for me. He obliged and I signed the contract. I paid for the vehicle in full and purchased every protection package the dealership offered. Fast forward to April when I received the vehicle. When discussing the cosmetic wheel protection package, I brought up to the finance manager that I was looking to have my rims powder-coated black. He then assured me that if I had my wheels painted black through the dealership (or whoever the dealer hires to do it), the cosmetic wheel package would cover the cost of repainting the rims should they need it, so I agreed. We scheduled a time for them to have my car in. I brought it in to have the windows tinted, a paint protection film applied, and the wheels/logos painted black. They had my car for 7 days. Upon initial inspection, I was quite happy. I thought the car looked great albeit very dirty on the inside. I then had my car detailed and the detailer was concerned to say the least. He pointed out the 10+ flaws in the window tinting, all the damage to my paint (the car was absolutely covered in swirl marks and scratches from where they removed the logos), and that the paint was already coming off the logos they painted. Unsatisfied, I brought the car back in and they agreed to re-do a lot of the work (which I was quite pleased about). When I brought the car back, they agreed to remove all the logos, get new ones (and get factory black Audi rings rather than repainting them like they did the SQ5 logos), compound and polish the entire vehicle, and re-tint the windows. They had my car for 2 weeks. The car's paint looked okay when I picked it up but I could tell the window tint wasn't any better and I told the service advisor I wasn't satisfied. I also noticed a piece of trim was burned and that the door seals had been cut with what looked like a razor blade. He told me to wait a week for things to "improve" then had me speak to the sales manager who originally agreed to have the windows tinted. I was absolutely astonished by his lack of professionalism and rude demeanor. I simply said "per the contract I was to have professionally tinted windows" and he proceeded to ramble on and on about how "this is why [he] doesn't sign contracts like this", "the person who does the window tinting has been doing it for 30+ years, knows what he's doing and does all [their] new cars", etc. He then told me he wanted nothing to do with the situation and said he'd send me a check for the cost of the window tinting, which he did. Later that day I was cleaning my rims with a degreaser and the paint started coming off the rims. I contacted a service advisor about getting the burnt trim replaced, the cut seals replaced, and using my cosmetic wheel package to get my rims repainted (I had planned to wait until my 10,000 mile service so I could just get all that done at the same time). They did everything to give me the runaround and now won't return my calls about getting the damage the dealer's employee did to my car. Yesterday, I took my car to a reputable shop to have my window re-tinted and paid $200 more out of pocket to have the windows done correctly than the sales manager gave me to have them done somewhere else. Additionally, the people at that shop found extensive damage done while my car was in the dealer's care. I have the go-pro video of the damage and have posted pictures describing the damage done to my vehicle as well as an estimate for paint correction to restore my paint to the finish it had before I stupidly trusted the dealer with my vehicle. Since no one from the dealership is taking me seriously I've filed a complaint with corporate Audi.

As a woman, I don’t normally feel comfortable with *anything* car-related but Sebi was patient, very knowledgeable, respectful and kind. I took my Q5 in to Audi Westmont for its 55K service. I specifically stated I did not want any extras, and even passed on replacing my relatively new wipers; which they recommended. After a couple of hours the advisor called back and said the service would be about $1000. Since this was my first service after Audi Care expired at 50K I did not know what to expect, but being an Audi, knew it wouldn’t be cheap. I picked up the car, paid the bill and returned home. When I reviewed the 7 page receipt it soon became obvious that Audi Westmont slipped in $500 worth of unnecessary services that are not part of the 55K service. My Q5 is in perfect condition and needed no repairs per the inspection, yet they added an injector service and motor oil treatment for $500; doubling the normal cost of the 55K service. I have left 2 messages for the Service Manager (Jerry Mitre) and have not received any response. It is this type is thievery, and failure to follow up, that gives dealers like this a well-deserved bad reputation. I will be contacting Audi USA as well as the BBB to report this unethical behavior and complete disregard for my attempts to reach them. Potential customers beware, and avoid this Service Department!

Our experience was absolutely awful! I don’t know if they have changed ownership or management but the customer service and all over knowledge/ response time .. AWFUL! After I dropped my car off for my appointment I was told it will take longer and they’d need to keep it over night. Fine. However.. by 4 pm the next day after calling multiple times.. they still had not started on it. I ended up picking up my car and taking it elsewhere. The new place I took my car was lovely! They looked at it right away.. cost half the price of Audi for the same work.. and said half the things Audi suggested I get worked on we’re not needed. This dealership seems like a joke now! No one answers the phone, no one knows what’s going on, and no one seems to be held accountable!

My sales representative Frederick Downey was not sensitive to my credit being ran and did not communicate that with anyone in the finance department before my credit was ran. Was only supposed to be ran thru one specific place, but instead was ran thru 5 other companies on top of the one. I will never recommend anyone to use this dealership!

I had a very positive experience for the most part with Audi Westmont. Three stars is because my car was shipped 2 days late because the driver did not leave on time and when it arrived it had a nail in the tire. I had to take the car in and have the tire patched. It's not that big of deal but I am surprised that Westmont has not offered to reimburse me for my expense. I would like to especially thank Amy Avila, the sales manager. She is a professional and was a joy to work with.

Was not satisfied at all. Needed a new tire, price was 309$ due to me not having that coverage under warranty. Dealer didn’t try to work out anything with me or suggest any offers. They was content with me going down the street to purchase tire for 75$ less from Just Tires. Once I got home I realized I had a 50$ off coupon from Audi that could’ve been used. They were kind of busy and didn’t put a lot of thought and consideration into my situation. Will continue to go to Fletcher Jones for service though Westmont is closer to my residence.

Purchased a 2019 Q5 from James last week and the experience was top notch. I purchased a Q7 from an Audi dealership in Highland Park a few years ago and the service at Westmont way surpassed the service I received at HP. The whole transaction from start to finish was smooth and efficient. James and team took the time to walk me through the new features of the car unlike the team at HP. He also followed up with me during the week to see how everything was going with the new car, received no such call from the other dealer. Rating my Audi of Westmont experience a 3 out of 5 stars. On the 5 star side - great car (Audi A3), very knowledgeable staff (Pedro). Patient with our test drives and all our questions. Fair price, in line with internet dealers like AutoNation, Vroom, Carvana. However, Audi of Westmont gets a 1 for transparency - the car was pre-owned, and stated as "one owner". However, only during finance paper signing did they disclose this was owned by Audi of Westmont themselves, and was the "loaner" car. So really, dozens of drivers. Audi should have been upfront about this at the start. Additionally, after agreeing to purchase, we made an appointment to pay the balance and receive the car. We were made to wait for an hour for finance to be ready for us, even though we had an appointment. We should have been able to write the check, and go within minutes. Finally, I received a call two days later that there were additional papers to sign, and had to come back in. So, overall a 3. I plan to have the car serviced at Audi of Westmont, perhaps my rating will rise depending on the service provided.

Some worn tire issues but not out of ordinary brought to my attention. No pressure to replace. Work completed satisfactorily in less than two hours. I brought my Q7 in for my 20K maintenance and to have a tire replaced. The tire was not in stock so I had to leave my car until it came in the next day which I was ok with. Already at noon the following day, I have not yet received a status update so I decided to call. My first call was at 12:05p. Left my cell number and I was told I would receive a callback. No callback. Second call was at 1:21p, left my cell number and was told I would receive a callback again. No callback. Third call was at 2:45p, I was forwarded to one of the service tech voicemails, left a message and my cell number asking for a status update. No callback. Fourth call was at 3:39p, spoke with a service tech, took my cell number down, and he said he will check on it. Finally, received a callback at 5:49p (11 minutes before close) that the tire came in in the afternoon and would be installed first thing in the morning. The following morning a voicemail was left on my wife's cell phone when they clearly should have had my cell number as many times as I left it with them. It took almost 6 hours to get a status update on my car which resulted in unnecessary schedule adjustments and inconveniences.

The service advisor I worked with, andrew was Unknowledgeable and slow to respond. The service manager is much more unpleasant to deal with. They will try every tactic to deny your warranty. And worst of all, my vehicle was damaged- my windshield was cracked upon pick up and it clearly was not before when it was dropped off. The inbound inspection shows as such. They will deny all responsibility for damages done to your car!

I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX70 from Audi Westmont (trade-in they had received) and the purchasing experience was a pleasant process and I received great customer service. Unfortunately, that great service ended as soon as I drove the car off the lot. After purchasing the vehicle I have had three issues that Audi Westmont has refused to help me with: Issue #1: The vehicle I purchased had just over 20K miles on it. After having the vehicle for only 2 weeks, the vehicle indicated the oil needed to be changed. According to the owner’s manual, at the 20K mile mark, there are a few more service items due than just the standard oil change. So I contacted the representative who sold me the vehicle, Yoshi, asking what service had been performed on the vehicle when the Audi dealership received it so I could plan for future service. He told me he would find out and get back to me. I waited nearly a week and heard nothing so I reached out to him again. This time he refused to even respond to me at all. Without knowing if the vehicle was up to date on service, I had to assume no service was ever performed and I took it in to my local Infiniti dealer to have them perform the 20k mile service. It was very frustrating having to pay nearly $300 to service a vehicle that was just driven off the Audi Westmont lot only 2 weeks prior. Issue #2: When I purchased the vehicle, Yoshi and the finance guy told me they would take care of the registration and I would receive a license plate in the mail. It is now Friday (12/14/2018) and my temporary registration expires on Monday (12/17/2018) and I have not received my license plate. Because I am in danger of driving a car with an expired temporary license plate and registration I again reached out to Yoshi, but it seems he has put me on his block list because, again, I got absolutely no response. I contacted a manager at Audi Westmont, John, and explained the situation, but no resolution has been provided. Issue #3: The nut that holds the license plate screw (and license plate) to the rear hatch is missing. I did not notice this when I picked up the vehicle, but without that nut I will not be able to mount the license plate (if I ever receive it). Rather than waste my time with Yoshi, I went directly to the manager, John, about this. I couldn’t believe it, but he flat out told me he was unwilling to do anything about it and I was on my own. I am appalled at the difference in customer service I experienced when the people at Audi Westmont had a potential sale on their hands vs. how I am being treated now that I have purchased the vehicle. Based on this, I would never purchase another vehicle from Audi Westmont and would advise everyone else to have their automotive needs met elsewhere.

I had my Q3 in for a recall of brake lights. I had called Friday Morning to make an appointment. I was fortunate to get an 8:30am appointment on the following Monday. Monday when I came in, Kevin took care of me. He did a great job and had answers for my questions. He changed the battery in my key just to play it safe. I had a problem with it not being recognized when I started my car. I also wanted to know if there was anywhere on the car for a hard start if the key actually failed. He didn't have the answer but said he would find out before I left. The repair took a little over an hour and I was ready to go. Kevin did find out that there is nowhere on the dash that a key can be inserted. Audi Westmont has always been excellent every time I have gone in for service.

I brought my car in for an oil change and air bag recall. When it was returned to me, the sunshade on my sunroof was closed. I have owned the car for 3 years and NEVER have it closed. When I went to open it, it was clear it had been damaged and the service department vehemently denied touching the sunshade and are refusing to repair it or even remove it. I have never dealt with such awful customer service.

Updated my review from 1 Star to 3. The GM handled the issue professionally and promptly. They agreed to replace the sunshade completely. Absolutely terrible customer service. The service department did damage to the sunshade in our Q5 (despite the car being there for an air bag recall and oil change only), they left it closed so that they could hopefully get away with. When my wife got the car back the following day and opened the shade it immediately fell out of the track and crashed down on my son in the backseat. Matt and his managers refused to acknowledge that they damaged it, said my wife was the one that closed it and most importantly refused to repair it unless we pay at least $600 towards its repair. The car buying process at Audi Westmont of easy, quick and painless. Naseem was a professional, cut to the chase and provided a best price, transparent, friendly, courteous and did exactly what he said he would do (although we shall see if they send me the plate frame there were out of in a resonbable time frame). I would highly recommend any looking for a no hassle, enjoyable car buying experience to head to Audi Westmont and ask for Naseem! I am stoked to be driving my 2017 Audi A7 with 20" wheels equipped exactly as I asked and beating all competitors by a decent margin.

I had the worst experience ever at this dealership - I cannot believe their sales rep wasted all of my and my family's time when everything was discussed over phone days in advance. I am an employee of vw/audi and we get a discount and I had told this rep that I had the Audi Employee Certificate just 2-3 days before I came into the dealership. Finally after making arrangements ....my wife and I took time off work - even asked my parents to join us there...we all go to this dealership, checkout the car and fill out the credit app and show him my employee certificate and he says sorry we are not obligated to accept that and claims I never mentioned anything about it on the phone when I absolutely did mention it on the phone to him!! I will never go back to this dealership - absolutely no regard for customer's time and no respect for customers. Maybe this dealership should have a requirement for their sales reps to pass the hearing test before they put them on the job - honestly I just had a bad feeling about their sales rep from the first phone call - he was constantly being pushy and trying to pressure me come in and buying the car as if the car was the best car ever. Funniest part - he compared it to Tesla and said Tesla puts cheap parts in their car. My advice - skip this dealer and goto other Audi dealers who actually appreciate your business. I am part of the Audi family and this is how they treated me...imagine how they treat other people! Totally unprofessional! Avoid this dealer at all costs!

I had coupons that were sent to me by Audi. I got a call during service, telling me that I needed more pages in order to get a code from the coupon. I could not find the email after searching in box, trash box, deleted box, etc. it must have gone away after I printed out the coupon. So, the dealer was unable to give me the $50 off, because they "had to have the code from the coupon". Not sure why they could give me 10% off from one coupon, and not the $50 off coupon when they were both on the same page. Seemed like a very lame excuse not to give me the $50 off. Very bad PR there Audi! I left with a very bad taste in my mouth. No one, except the cashier seemed to care about it. I have my car serviced there when ever I'm told to, and have been very loyal to Westmont Audi. I am getting ready to trade in my A5 for a Q series, but will have second thoughts about going to Westmont.

Buying a car is usually unpleasant and stressful for us, but Matthew Bogdan made the whole process as close to a pleasure as it could be. He was knowledgeable about the cars, friendly, accommodating, and very low pressure. General Manager, Ozzie Salem, was also very welcoming and friendly; and the whole staff at Audi Westmont is very competent and a pleasure to work with. Oh and by the way... we also feel that we got a pretty good deal on the new A6 and a good price for our trade-in!

I bought a new 2015 Audi A4 one week ago today from Audi Westmont, and I can safely already say that I think this honeymoon period is going to far exceed the length of my car warranty! I am absolutely in love with this car! It is so much fun to drive. And I couldn't be happier that I bought it from Audi Westmont. Because of my recent experience with Audi Westmont, I know we are in for a long committed relationship because they know how to treat their customers right. Of course, it all began with the car buying process. I had only owned one car prior to my A4 and when I bought it, I had simply told my parents what I wanted down to the make, model, color and style, and they basically found it for me, negotiated the deal and told me where and when to sign the papers and pick it up. This time I was on my own. But I soon discovered that I wasn't really. Because I was in the patient and incredibly knowledgeable company of salesman Edward Riedmaier. I appreciate his enthusiasm for the Audi brand and the information he shared with me about Audi from how they are made, to how they function and how they take care of all the little details. And of course the test drive was a hell of a lot of fun, too! Even within the confines of Illinois' speed limits. ;) Mr. Riedmaier never made me feel rushed throughout the car buying process. He politely answered all of my questions- he even answered those that I wouldn't have even thought to have. Despite Mr. Riedmaier's best efforts, however, the deal wasn't a sure thing and I trotted off to a competitor just down the street. This was not in any way a reflection on Audi Westmont or Mr. Riedmeyer, but was due to my own belief that I should look at at least one other car instead of buying the first one that had (admittedly) stole my heart. But I couldn't stop thinking about that A4..... I finally came to my senses and before the close of business that same day, I was back at Audi Westmont to buy the car of my dreams. Everyone on staff at Audi Westmont that I have had the pleasure of working with in this short amount of time (Edward Riedmeyer, salesman extraordinaire, Bill Manrot, the Audi whisperer, and Amy Avila, the most patient finance manager on the planet) deserve the highest praise for the work they do. They treat their customers with respect and they truly seem to enjoy the work they do. I am so happy that I trusted my instincts and went with the A4 and, maybe even more importantly, that I made the drive out to the suburbs to buy my car at Audi Westmont. I would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

I would like to thank Audi Westmont for the A+++ experience that I have had with their dealership. Overall, the total experience reflected the great brand reputation of Audi and their focus on providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. In addition, it was an absolute pleasure working with the GM Ozzie Haleem and my sales associate Mike Morgan who both went above and beyond to make the experience perfect. In fact I have to say Mike was the best sales associate I have ever experienced for a car let alone anything else at that investment level. Going the extra mile after purchase, their technical expert Bill Manrot who is really a Audi scientist, took extra time to not only go over every major feature but also explain the logic and small nuances.

General Manager Ozzie Saleem was gracious with assisting my wife and I in finding the right car for us. Although, I didn't haggle much (probably cheated myself out of another $2000), I felt that the prices were fair. Ed Riedmaier is extremely detailed oriented and will explain any question you have with the level of expertise and knowledge that you would expect from an Audi Brand Specialist. This was the 3rd car my immediate family has purchased from Audi Westmont since 2013 (little do they know, 6th overall). As long as Ozzie and Ed are there, I will more than likely never purchase a new or used vehicle from anywhere else.

I am truely dedicated to Laurel Audi of Westmont! Back in 2005 I purchased my first Audi, it was at Laurel Audi in Tinley Park. I live in the northwest suburbs so Tinley is a bit of a hike for me. I needed some routine maintenance work on my A4 and Tinley Park told me that i can bring my Audi to their sister dealership in Westmont, which saved me a 30min drive. I could not be more pleased with the service & care that I received at Westmont Audi, I haven't left them since. Over a spand of 10yrs, I built a trustful relationship with Blake Farmer in their service department. It had finally come time for a new A4. I am a woman on an imported beer budget :) but have expensive champaign taste so when I say a new A4, I mean a certified pre-owned Audi. I looked around at numerous Audi dealers but never felt the warmth & honesty that I had in Westmont. So, I called Blake and he of course recommended anyone in their sales department. He said they were all great, but I wanted 1 name so Blake referred me to Mike Morgan. I believe the story was that Mike sold Blake's uncle a vehicle and honestly any name he would have thrown at me, I would trust. The experience I had and will continue to have with Mr. Mike Morgan is by far the best experience I have ever encountered with any car salesman. Of course I understand that salesmen need to make their commission & basically they are just doing their jobs but I never felt that way with Mike. I truely believe that his goal was to make the customer happy. I am a perfectionist and I do not except the minimum, I want the best that I can get. I had gone on line and saw they had a white A4, thats what I was looking for! So I called Mike, set up an appt. to have my husband test drive the vehicle ( I didn't need to, I know exactly how great they handle & how quick they are, even going from my old 6cyl to the newer 4cyl Turbo, Awesome!) . My husband loved the car but I did not love the beige something interior & it was a premium pkg that was missing my blue cheese stuffed olives & cocktail onions! My husband probably would have purchased that car but I was not sold on it, I believe Mike could sense that. So we said we would think about it & get back to him. Well, Mike called me the next day to see how I felt about the A4 and we spoke for at least an hour because I could not make a decission and he needed to find out exactly what would make happy. The next day Mike called me and said he has a Blk A4 premium plus coming in, that he thinks I will love. Since either it was not there yet or not ready to show, I couldn't even look at it & little does he know he basically sold it to me over the phone. He answered all my questions, was extreamly patient, gave me so much information, Helped me compare the white one we test drove to the blk one I had not even seen, expained new car warrenty, CPO warrenty, extended warrenty, so much information I was going in circles. It was almost like I was looking for him to make the decission for me, I was that confused, the 2 cars balanced each other out as far as miles, color, interior, wheels, features, price,it was nuts. He was so honest & nice through it all, I ran out of questions and built this complete trust in him. When the Blk A4 arrived, I took it for a little spin and next thing I know, papers were being signed & yes Mike found me my perfect car! Also, I was extreamly happy that I would be able to continue the trust and honesty in their service department with Blake. The next morning in my garage, I started to nit pick my beautiful black panther . It's used, it's not going to be perfect but I want it to be. There were a couple minor scratches on the body & hood, no big deal, the rest of the car was perfect and I have the CPO warrenty, what else could I want. Anyone one else would probably be ok with it, especially since Audi of Westmont did not owe me anything. That form you sign when you sign your contract, that one that states wether or not the dealership owes you anything or vice versa. Well, I called Mike told him I realize they are not responsible for it, I signed the form stating that they would not "owe" me for anything & I didn't expect anything to come out of it BUT.......it was an eye sore for me. So once again, Mike exceeded my expectations. He spoke with his manager and all they wanted was to keep me happy and in love with my Audi. I brought it in and they took care of everything I asked for, even though they did not have to. Years ago I made the commitment to drive an Audi for the rest of my life, I am that passionate about the car and now I can also say that I make that same commitment to Laurel Audi of Westmont. Since the renovation, the dealership is gorgeous, the service is exceptional and thats another long review to write, the salesmen are the best, Mike Morgan is the best and I will always recommend him to everyone, I could not ask for a more perfect experience. I purchased my car last week. I had no problems with the price, I was going back and forth with a couple dealerships and Westmont gave me the best price thru email. I never even had to go in to order the car. I knew exactly what I wanted, but they talked me into the side assist and I am so glad. Purchased from Rick who is no longer there, he was great. Bill Manrot handled my first delivery and was great. He even stayed after the dealership was closed and sat in the car with me to make sure I knew how to drive it and work some of the gadgets. He stayed for some time even tho he had punched out for the night. He set up my bluetooth and offered a second delivery anytime. Only complaint could be that the car was not delivered by date promised (Christmas). However, I had done on-line research and I knew that when you order an audi it can take 1-2 months more than promised. Mine took a month longer. It is worth the wait tho. I can't wait for summer to take the top down on this car, it's such a tight fun drive. I just have the base stereo, the upgrade isn't available on the base model I have. I have no complaints at all with the base stereo. It's an excellent system. The upgrade is awesome if you can afford it, if not, you will be happy with the base stereo. I love the Nav system and the utube videos are helpful on how to use it. There is a lot to learn about these cars. You can't possibly learn it all on the first delivery. My favorite is that you can "write" letters for the nav. which is quicker than dialing them up.

The showing and the purchase of the vehicle was fine. Plus, the usual 3 - 4 hours of waiting and paperwork. The problem was I purchased new plates and they did not give me my old license plates back. (Which they said they would) They misplaced the 2nd set of keys to the vehicle I purchased. The sales guy said he would find them and mail them to me. It was a Saturday around 5:45 pm. I felt like they were rushing to get me out of there as fast as they could because they were closing. I did get the keys in the mail after about two weeks and 3 phone calls. During the 3rd call, I told the sales manager I still did not receive my keys. He said they already mailed them, but they didnt. I had to correct him and then he went and checked with the area which mailed them. He asked if this phone number we were talking on was a good number to call me back. I said yes, but he never called back. Like I said I did get the keys (2 after the 3rd call). They did not send my plates. The sales manager did say they destroyed them, but when I asked for a letter of proof of destruction he said they do not do that and HE would not do that. But if I ran into trouble later down the road they would help out. So my review is mixed. The vehicle showed great. The sales piece went ok. Their follow through, well not so good, but I did get my keys at least.

We had an excellent experience at Audi Westmont. If we didn't love this car so much I'd say we'd be back and back soon but we hope to drive this for a LONG time! William Calderon, our salesman, was not a high pressure sales guy. We asked them to meet the price that another dealership had this car in another color and they did it. We didn't have to argue, debate, negotiate...they were just good. I'd recommend Audi Westmont to anyone and we will certainly recommend them to friends and family.

I hesitated to post this review, but after 2+ months with a new Q5 and already no less than 3 service visits (and now having to schedule an upcoming 4th at another dealership), I felt compelled to voice my less-than-satisfying experience. I purchased a 2015 Audi Q5 just this past August (2014). In considering my overall purchase experience, I would have to say it was merely average. Here's why... I had done my pricing research and was already pre-approved for a loan, so I was prepared, but at times during the 4+ hour buying experience, I felt pressured to accept several counter offers at several price points or option packages. I had made the trip out to the dealership with the intention of purchasing based on what I was told on the phone. Looking back, however, there was a great deal more hemming and hawing than I could have anticipated or would have liked - it felt like I was pulling their teeth and it got uncomfortable. I found myself haggling at each stage, something I thought I had prepared myself NOT to do. But, regrettably, I had made the trip out there and had a mindset push through with the purchase. I also felt my sales rep was less than straightforward, assuring me that the car they had "picked out" for me had an upgraded audio option (I asked twice), when it in fact only had the base audio, which I admittedly overlooked somehow (new car fever??), and unfortunately realized only much later (much too late to do anything about it, I'm afraid); so I'm stuck with a decent, but unimpressive sound system. On top of that, I've already needed to bring the car in for numerous questionable "quality control" or "build quality" issues pertaining to door panel rattles, interior plastic panels separating from their mounts (literally popping off for no apparent reason), and, most recently, weird mechanical clunking sounds coming from somewhere in the rear of the vehicle when stopping and starting at low speeds, despite securing or removing any potentially loose objects, panels or spare parts that could be noise "red-herrings" (hence my forthcoming 4th service appointment). Some may call these issues picky, and I would agree if I had just purchased a Nissan or Chevy (no offense), but I don't think rattling door panels or any of these other issues should be expected from a $55,000 Audi, or from any other "luxury" brand for that matter. In all fairness, I will say their finance department did work with me to secure a very favorable interest rate on the portion I financed (even better than my pre-approved car loan from my own bank, as a matter of fact), and they also did slash the price of some of the add-on service and extended warantee options I added. Based on other reviews posted here, my experience seems to be the exception rather than the norm. But for my part, I can't say I'm all that impressed as a result of my buying "process" or the issues I've had since my purchase. I came from an 7 year old Acura TSX which had no such problems for at least my first 4 years of ownership, and which I would attribute to normal wear-and-tear, as to be expected after some time). It was in all other respects a fantastic truly reliable car. I therefore did have some trepidation of possible reliability issues with a German automaker, but really wanted to try a "true luxury" brand. While the car seems to otherwise run and drive generally as expected, it would seem at least some of my reliability/build quality fears have been realized. This has unfortunately soured what I hoped to be a great and satisfying purchase from this dealership and my impression of the Audi brand as a whole. Of course I am but one amongst many car buyers that have passed through this dealership, most of whom seem to have had good, if not great, buying/service experiences here based on many other reviews. Sadly, I cannot count myself as one of them.

I could not say enough wonderful things about Audi Westmont and in particular the dealer who sold me my A4, William Calderon. When I went into the dealership in July, they didn't have an Audi with all of the features that I wanted so they suggested we special order one so that I didn't have to compromise on anything. The ordering process was very smooth and we were able to negotiate a very good deal. While waiting for my Audi to arrive, I received monthly updates on the progress of my order. When the car arrived, it was exactly what I wanted. I went in to pick up the car with my wife and William took an hour out of his day to show us how everything worked. Since then, he has emailed me to ask how I'm enjoying my car and has given me his contact information in case I need help with anything. I truly feel like I'm being taken care of. I highly recommend that if you are shopping for an Audi you stop by Audi Westmont and talk to William Calderon!

I'm very thankful to a friend who recommended Naseem at this dealership after I was disappointed with the level of customer service at Audi Naperville. I was impressed by their customer service from the minute I was greeted at the entrance. Naseem answered all my questions and was more interested in making sure I was confident enough to make a decision rather than me making a sales decision. The entire team was really friendly and they worked out an excellent deal for me. Unlike other sales folks, Naseem stayed in touch with me even after I brought the car home and continues to provide any kind of assistance if asked. I worked with a couple other Audi dealerships in the Chicagoland area and if you are looking for a place where you feel comfortable and well equipped to make an educated decision, I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING HERE! I worked with Naseem but I'm sure anyone from the team would be as helpful.

He didn't play the game of "Having to consult his manager" How refreshing. I ended up purchasing an A6, and his follow up with the after sales has been second to none. Their marketing is outstanding. I visited their website one evening and by the next morning I had two emails and a follow-up phone call. The sales person I dealt with was not the least bit pushy, in fact extremely sensitive to my schedule. Once we met to see the car I was interested I was even more impressed. He was friendly, knowledgable and again very sensitive to my short time frame that particular day. We made a deal and I had to leave and come back a couple days later to sign papers due to my schedule. He was kind enough to pick me up at the train so that I did not have to bother anyone else to drive me to the dealership. the paper signing was painless (and pretty fast!) and the gentleman that went over the car with me was excellent. All-in-all a great car buying experience.

A letter I wrote to the General Manager sums up my experience with this All-Star Dealership: To the General Manager: I just wanted to reach out to you with a recent buying experience that I just had at your dealership. First and foremost, Steve K. is an excellent representative of your dealership. This man literally answered hundreds of e-mails from me with-in minutes. I can not speak highly enough about him. Secondly, your finance manager Joe W. was also superb. He was a bear at the table, but didn't push too hard. As a consumer, I really appreciate that. I bought a 2015 A3 just a few weeks ago from Drew F. He really went above and beyond. He didn't try to get me to buy options I didn't want but instead searched to find me exactly what I wanted. He was honest the whole way through and kept me updated while I waited for the car to arrive. He was very informative but without any pressure at all. I'd definitely buy from him and this dealership again. A+ experience the whole time. BTW, the car is awesome! I love it!

I recently purchased a new Q7. The dealer made a mistake in calculating the sales tax on this out of state purchase. They asuured me, both verbally and in an email, they would pay the difference. They now are saying it's my problem. Neither the sales person Scott or the sales manager Dan are standing behind their word.
